As part of the each signed service agreement, the VAR will provide varDesk a copy of the client’s most current Product Registration Card and a list of contacts, phone numbers and e-mail addresses for this contract.  Clients must have Laserfiche training on products they own, cable/DSL internet connection, and an e-mail address.  The VAR will provide any necessary on-site work.  Contracts are supported based upon all products listed in the client’s Product Registration Card(s) and can not be split up.  Agreements with varDesk are invoiced on a quarterly basis and due within 15 days of receipt.  varDesk will agree to sign any non-disclosure or non-compete agreements that protects the relationship with the VAR and their client.
